Required Documents To Be Uploaded Under The Enroll Now Button On The Website​

• A valid driver's license or passport.

• GED or high school diploma for students 18+, parental consent form for students ages 16-17.

• Copy of your social security card.

• Proof of a negative TB test completed within 6 months of the class start date—head to a CVS minute clinic or arc to have this done.

• Signed copy of the student enrollment agreement.

• ​A valid US Social Security number or ITIN number.
